Functional Medicine focuses on identifying the root causes of health issues using a holistic approach that considers how all parts of the body and its systems are interconnected. Rather than merely addressing symptoms, it aims to understand the underlying factors that contribute to health concerns and fixing that. Functional Medicine relies on core principles such as lifestyle modification, nutritional therapy and personalized care tailored to individual needs for the promotion of vitality and disease prevention and treatment.

What a Health Coach doesn't do.
A health coach is not a doctor, therapist, or dietitian. I don’t diagnose, treat, or prescribe for medical conditions. My role is not to tell you what to do or to replace professional medical advice. I won’t make decisions for you, promise quick fixes or one-size-fits-all solutions. Instead, I provide guidance, accountability, and support to help you make sustainable, informed choices that work for your unique health journey. My goal is to help you take control of your own well-being.
